Process parameters

The adjustable settings that define a prelithiation process and make results comparable.

Process parameters are the adjustable settings that define how a prelithiation step is carried out: electrical settings, treatment time, process speed, atmosphere and moisture control, electrode format and the monitoring applied during the step.

Documenting and controlling these parameters is what turns individual experiments into a development pathway: results become repeatable and comparable, and the influence of a single variable can be assessed.

Our equipment is designed so that these parameters can be adapted per project, and data collection and process monitoring are part of the configuration discussion.
